Both soft and crunchy peanut butter goodness, I first tried this candy at a wedding and was hooked. I had never seen any homemade candy like them. The lady who made them had gotten the recipe from her husband's aunt Edna. I have enjoyed them many times since.

Ingredients

  • 1 lb
    vanilla almond bark (candy quick or similar)
  • 3/4 c
    crunchy or creamy peanut butter
  • 1 c
    rice krispy cereal
  • 1 c
    lightly salted peanuts
  • 1 1/4 c
    mini marshmallows

How to Make Edna's Candy

Step-by-Step

  1. Melt vanilla bark in microwave in 30 second intervals stirring after each interval to be sure to not overcook.
  2. To melted vanilla bark, add peanut butter - mixing well with a spoon. Add remaining ingredients mixing well.
  3. Drop by spoonfuls on wax paper. Let cool and harden. Can be stored in refrigerator.
