As the oldest of six children, we didn't get alot of treats. Life was just the basics, but at Christmas this was a cheap and wonderful treat for us kids plus we got to help.

  • 4 Tbsp
    butter softened
  • 30 large
  • 1/2 tsp
    vanilla extract
  • ·
    green food coloring
  • 7 c
    corn flakes
  • ·
    cinnamon red hots

How to Make Edible Christmas Wreaths


  1. Melt butter on stove top, and add marshmallows
  2. Add vanilla and food coloring until desired color.
  3. Stir in corn flakes and remove from heat.
  4. Butter hands and shape mixture into wreaths and place on wax paper. Place red hots for holly decoration. Make sure to work quickly or the mixture will set up.
