How to Make Easy Coconut Bonbons
- With mixer, beat cream cheese until light and fluffy. Add sugar gradually while continuing to mix. Add vanilla (and food coloring if using) and mix well.
- Form candies into bite sized balls and roll in coconut. Chill for several hours before serving. Store in refrigerator.
NOTE: If candies are too sticky to form into balls add a bit mor powdered sugar. This might happen if humidity is high.
