How to Make Drunken Espresso Fudge

Step-by-Step

  • 1Line an 8"x8" pan with parchment paper or you can use a cooking spray but, use enough spray so you are not fighting to get the fudge out.

In a glass bowl, mix baking chocolate, butter, sweetened condensed milk, and salt.

Place bowl over double boiler with simmering water. Stir until chocolate is smooth, about 5-10 minutes.
  • 2Remove bowl from heat, dry bottom of bowl. Stir in espresso, brandy and fold in nuts. Pour into prepared dish.
  • 3Chill for 1 1/2 hours until set. Cut fudge into desired size with a sharp knife, and enjoy.
