- 1 cup finely chopped walnuts
- 1 pound baking milk chocolate finely chopped
- 2 tablespoons butter cut into small pats
- 1 can 14 oz. sweetened condensed milk
- 1 pinch real salt (made by real salt)
- 1 teaspoon medaglia doro instant espresso coffee
- 2 teaspoons christian brothers brandy
How To Make drunken espresso fudge
-
Step 1Line an 8"x8" pan with parchment paper or you can use a cooking spray but, use enough spray so you are not fighting to get the fudge out. In a glass bowl, mix baking chocolate, butter, sweetened condensed milk, and salt. Place bowl over double boiler with simmering water. Stir until chocolate is smooth, about 5-10 minutes.
-
Step 2Remove bowl from heat, dry bottom of bowl. Stir in espresso, brandy and fold in nuts. Pour into prepared dish.
-
Step 3Chill for 1 1/2 hours until set. Cut fudge into desired size with a sharp knife, and enjoy.
