Drunken Espresso Fudge
This recipe has been pinched from Carla and modified by me.
1 cfinely chopped walnuts
1 lbbaking milk chocolate finely chopped
2 Tbspbutter cut into small pats
1 can(s)14 oz. sweetened condensed milk
1 pinchreal salt (made by real salt)
1 tspmedaglia doro instant espresso coffee
2 tspchristian brothers brandy
How to Make Drunken Espresso Fudge
- Line an 8"x8" pan with parchment paper or you can use a cooking spray but, use enough spray so you are not fighting to get the fudge out.
In a glass bowl, mix baking chocolate, butter, sweetened condensed milk, and salt.
Place bowl over double boiler with simmering water. Stir until chocolate is smooth, about 5-10 minutes.
- Chill for 1 1/2 hours until set. Cut fudge into desired size with a sharp knife, and enjoy.
