Found this recipe on a box of Domino's Powdered Sugar and it's always a hit with my family. Not grainy or gritty and takes minutes to make.

powdered sugar
2/3 c
1/4 tsp
2 tsp
1/2 c
butter or margarine
1/2 c
nuts (optional)
1/4 c

How to Make Domino Minute Fudge


  • 1Sift powdered sugar, cocoa, and salt into a 1 quart microwave safe bowl.
  • 2Stir in milk and vanilla.
  • 3Mix well.
  • 4Place butter on top.
  • 5Microwave on high, 2 minutes.
  • 6Beat with wooden spoon until smooth.
  • 7Stir in nuts (OPTIONAL).
  • 8Spread in 8x8x2 inch baking pan.
  • 9Chill about one hour or until firm.
  • 10Cut into pieces.
