Ingredients
- 16 ounces pitted dates
- 2 cups dried apricot halves
- 2 cups milk chocolate chips
- 2 tablespoons shortening
- - paper candy liners
How To Make dipped fruit balls, grandma w

Step 1Finely chop dates and apricots and mix wel. Melt chips and shortening over hot but not boiling water. Remove from heat but keep warm. Grease hands and shape fruit into 1 inch balls. Dip into chocolate and shake off excess. Place on waxed paper lined cookie sheets and refrigerate 15-20 min. Serve in candy liners.
