Step 1ON STOVE TOP, MELT THE CHIPS IN THE CONDENSED MILK STIRRING CONSTANTLY UNTIL MELTED.

Step 2REMOVE FROM HEAT; STIR IN VANILLA.

Step 4SHAPE INTO 1 INCH BALLS.

Step 5ROLL IN DESIRED TOPPINGS.

Step 6TOPPINGS: [WHICH EVER YOU DESIRE - MIX THEM UP FOR A FESTIVE LOOKING PLATE] - [A VARIETY ALSO GIVES PEOPLE A CHOICE] FINELY CHOPPED NUTS - FLAKED COCONUT - CHOCOLATE SPRINKLES - ANY COLORED SPRINKLES - UNSWEETENED COCOA - CONFECTIONERS SUGAR OR COLORED SUGARS.
