dark chocolate raspberry fudge

This recipe is so easy to make and tastes so good! I make 2 batches of this. One with nuts and one without.

Ingredients

  • 3 cups hershey's special dark chocolate chips ( 1 1/2 bags)
  • 1 can sweetened condensed milk (14 oz can)
  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • 1/2 cup chopped walnuts
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons pure vanilla extract
  • 2 teaspoons raspberry extract
  • - dash of salt

How To Make dark chocolate raspberry fudge

  • Step 1
    In medium sauce pan, melt chips with milk and butter and salt, stirring till smoothe. Stir in vanilla and raspberry extracts. Remove from heat and fold in nuts. Spread evenly into waxed paper lined 8 or 9 inch square pan. Chill about 2 hours. Turn onto cutting board, peel off paper and cut into squares. Store loosely covered at room temperature.
