1Place all ingredients in crock pot. Cook on low for 3 hours. Don't touch. Check on candy after 2 hrs. Sometimes, a crock pot will run a little hot--if the chocolate doesn't look dry, finish cooking for third hour.
2Turn pot off and let sit for 20 minutes. Cover a large surface (about 3 square feet) with waxed or parchment paper. Stir mixture completely.
3Drop by teaspoons full onto paper. Let harden and store in airtight containers.
