How to Make Creamy Fudge
- Line an 8X8 pan with foil. Over med. heat combine morsels, milk, and salt. Stir until morsels melt.(You may want to use a wooden spoon as the mixture is stiff.) Remove from heat add vanilla and nuts stir until mixed . Press into foil lined pan, chill until firm. (about 2-4 hours) Turn out onto cutting board, peel foil away, cut into 1/2 to 1 inch squares depending on taste. Enjoy..
