I needed a quick gift and wanted to make some truffles but every recipe called for whipping cream,I didn't have any so when I found this recipe using cream cheese,I decided to make them.Truffles are usually too sweet for me so I thought the cream cheese would cut the sweetness. They came out great, still sweet but very rich and delicious!
for the coating chocolate, I used Wilton's milk chocolate melts.they taste good and melt smoothly.I used white chocolate for some, milk chocolate for some.
