I named this fudge recipe "Commercial Fudge" because you can make it during the commercial break in a TV show.

And it tastes really good, too.

How to Make "Commercial Fudge"

Step-by-Step

  1. Mix sugar and cocoa together. Add water and mix. Pour melted butter over the mixture and mix again.
  2. Microwave on high for 90 seconds. Remove from microwave and stir until smooth and shiney. Add nuts and stir them in.
  3. Pour into a buttered 8x8 inch pan. Score the fudge to make it easier to cut later. Chill for 30 minutes.
