  • 2 Tbsp
  • 3 Tbsp
  • 1 tsp
  • 2 c
    sifted powdered sugar
  • 1/2 c
    powdered milk
  • 1
    6 oz bag chocolate chips
  • 3 c

How to Make Coconut swirls


  1. Melt butter & add water and vanilla.
  2. In a separate bowl; mix powdered sugar, powdered milk & coconut.
  3. Add 1/2 cup dry mixture (at a time) into butter mixture and mix well after each addition.
  4. Make coconut mixture into small balls and place on a cookie sheet lined with wax paper. Melt chocolate chips and swirl on top of each coconut ball.
