This recipe was posted on another site by a cook names Debbieb. She calls them Coconut Macaroon Candy Baskets.

Ingredients

14 ounces sweetened coconut, shredded
1 1/2 tablespoons flour
2 - eggs
1/4 stick butter

How To Make coconut nests

Step 1

Mix coconut, flour and eggs in a bowl. Butter a baking pan and shape nests to the desired width.

Step 2

Bake in oven for 15 minutes. Check occasionally to make sure that nests do not burn. It may take a bit longer, but they can burn fast, so start with 15 minutes and go from there.
Step 3

When done, cool nests and fill with your favorite candy and treats. I put a bit of frosting in the bottom of the nests to secure the 'eggs'.
