Ingredients
- 1/4 pound butter
- 3 cups coconut
- 2 cups confectioners' sugar
- 2 ounces chocolate, unsweetened, melted (2 squares)
How To Make coconut joys

Step 1Melt butter in a sauce pan.

Step 3Add powdered sugar and coconut.

Step 4Mix well.

Step 5Shape rounded teaspoons of mixture into balls.

Step 6Use thumb or finger to form a \"bowl\" in center of each and place on cookie sheet.

Step 7Fill centers with melted chocolate.

Step 8Chill until firm.
