Ingredients

  • 1 cup finely crushed vanilla wafers (30-36 cookies)
  • 1 cup confectioners sugar
  • 1 cup chopped pecans
  • 2 tablespoons cocoa powder
  • 1 tablespoon light corn syrup
  • 1/4 cup bourbon, rum, or brandy
  • - granulated sugar, additional chopped pecans

How To Make cocoa bourbon balls

  • Step 1
    Stir together the cookie crumbs, sugar, shopped pecans, and cocoa. Add syrup and bourbon, rum, or brandy and mix well. With wet hands shape into 1 inch balls. Roll into granulated sugar. Store.
