Traditional Mexican fudge is known to have cinnamon in it. Adds a little different flavor.

1 c
evaporated milk
3 Tbsp
butter, unsalted
1/4 tsp
cinnamon, ground
1/4 tsp
1/2 c
marshmallows, mini
1 1/2 c
milk chocolate chips
1 tsp
vanilla extract

How to Make Cinnamon Mexican Fudge


  • 1Heat sugar, milk, butter, cinnamon and salt on low heat until mixture comes to a full boil. Stir and boil for five minutes. Remove from heat and add marshmallows, chocolate chips and vanilla. Stir until blended and pour into a lightly greased pan or bowl. Cool and slice with sharp knife.
