Traditional Mexican fudge is known to have cinnamon in it. Adds a little different flavor.

  • 2 c
  • 1 c
    evaporated milk
  • 3 Tbsp
    butter, unsalted
  • 1/4 tsp
    cinnamon, ground
  • 1/4 tsp
  • 1/2 c
    marshmallows, mini
  • 1 1/2 c
    milk chocolate chips
  • 1 tsp
    vanilla extract

How to Make Cinnamon Mexican Fudge


  1. Heat sugar, milk, butter, cinnamon and salt on low heat until mixture comes to a full boil. Stir and boil for five minutes. Remove from heat and add marshmallows, chocolate chips and vanilla. Stir until blended and pour into a lightly greased pan or bowl. Cool and slice with sharp knife.
