1In a large heavy saucepan combine sugar, water, corn syrup. bring to boil over med heat stirring occasionally. cover & cook for 3 min. uncover & continue to cook without stirring until candy thermometer reads 310° "or hard crack stage" remove from heat & stir in oil & food coloring.
2Immedilately pour onto greased baking sheet. spread flat. breakup into pieces or with a sharp knife cut into small squares.
