Ingredients
- 2 cups sugar
- 1 cup water
- 1/2 cup light corn syrup
- 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon oil
- 1/2 teaspoon red food coloring
How To Make cinnamon hard candy

Step 1In a large heavy saucepan combine sugar, water, corn syrup. bring to boil over med heat stirring occasionally. cover & cook for 3 min. uncover & continue to cook without stirring until candy thermometer reads 310° "or hard crack stage" remove from heat & stir in oil & food coloring.

Step 2Immedilately pour onto greased baking sheet. spread flat. breakup into pieces or with a sharp knife cut into small squares.
