Ingredients
- 1 cup sugar
- 1/2 cup cold water
- 3/4 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1 pound pecans, halved (should be 3 1/2 cups)
How To Make cinnamon candied pecans

Step 1Combine sugar, water, salt and vanilla in a skillet and simmer for 4 minutes or until mixture spins small threads from the spoon.

Step 2Remove from heat and stir in pecans.

Step 3Continue stirring until syrup forms a sugar coating over the pecans. Gently seperate nuts while cooling. Place on wax paper until dry.
