How to Make Christmas fudge
- You will be following the directions on the back of the Kraft Marshmallow cream jar. Yo will be making dark chocolate with half and with half the white you make 2 layers using half the choc and half the white with the candy canes mixed in. The milk chocolate half, plain half with the peanut butter layered.So, you end up with 5 flavors to wrap prettily and have for those people that stop by and have a gift for you~voila!
- The most important thing I can say is USE A GOOD CANDY THERMOMETER!!! When people have marshmallow fudge not turn out its because they didn't get it to the right temp. I did that once in my early days and ended up pouring it into empty OJ cans, freezing it, slicing and serving cold.LOL!
