christmas cocoa stick heaven
I had researched different recipes for similar candy cocoa sticks and wasn't too pleased and so came up w/ my own after much testing, ( and tasting, lol.) They're a lot cheaper than what you'll pay at a store, I bought pretty holiday wrappers to put the sticks in & give as gifts.

Ingredients
- 1/2 cup premium dark chocolate chips
- 1/2 cup premium white chocolate chips
- 1/2 cup milk chocolate chips
- 6 tablespoons more or less as needed of canola, vegetable or you can even use peppermint oil
- 6 tablespoons powdered sugar
- 12 - popsicle sticks, i got them @ michaels craft store
- - various crushed candies, i used crushed candy canes, cut up mini marshmallows and christmas sprinkles
- 12 - mini decorated muffin cup liners
How To Make christmas cocoa stick heaven

Step 1In 3 separate microwaveable bowls, place dark chocolate chips in 1 bowl, white chocolate chips in 2nd bowl & milk chocolate chips in 3rd bowl.

Step 2Put a little oil in each bowl & stir. Microwave each bowl separately, heating & mixing until melted. Whisk in 1 tbsp powdered sugar into each bowl, whisking until dissolved.

Step 3Pour, ( from each bowl,) the chocolate mix into mini muffin cups and place in mini muffin pan. Only fill 1/2 way. Stick a popsicle stick into each muffin cup and add in any candies you choose. Freeze about 20 minutes until set. You may have too wait 5 minutes and then fix the sticks so they're upright. Give them as gifts or when you have a cup of hot coca, place one stick of candy into the cup & let melt...yum!
