This will be the 18th year a friend and I will have done our Christmas baking together, some years at her house and some at mine. This Christmas Bark has been a staple on our list for 6 years because it's a family favorite (especially a hit with our hubbies), makes a great gift and is soooo super easy to make. You can even find a healthy aspect to it -- the craisins & pistachios.

Ingredients

How to Make Christmas Bark

Step-by-Step

  1. Melt white chocolate in glass bowl on low to medium-low in microwave, heating in 30-second intervals and stirring as needed to thoroughly melt.
  2. Stir in Craisins and pistachios.
  3. Pour and spread onto cookie sheet and allow to cool before breaking into pieces.
