It takes a buckeye recipe to make these little darlings. So easy for Christmas, halloween, or a boys birthday party. A wonderful addition to any candy basket or any bring a dish to pass event

Ingredients

1/2 cup butter softened
1 pound confectioners sugar
1 1/2 cups peanut butter, creamy
1 teaspoon vanilla
- slivered almonds for ears
- licorice whips cut in 2-3 inch lengths
- black icing for eyes (optional)

How To Make chris-mouse candy

Step 1

Combine the melted butter or margarine, confectioners' sugar, peanut butter and the vanilla together and mix well. Roll into 1 to 1-1/2 inch balls and place on waxed paper. Shape each into mice By pinching a narrow face. Insert ears and tail. Down over think it as they turn out better if you just narrow the face and move on to the next one.
