Ingredients

1/2 c
butter softened
1 lb
confectioners sugar
1 1/2 c
peanut butter, creamy
1 tsp
vanilla
slivered almonds for ears
licorice whips cut in 2-3 inch lengths
black icing for eyes (optional)

How to Make Chris-mouse Candy

Step-by-Step

  • 1Combine the melted butter or margarine, confectioners' sugar, peanut butter and the vanilla together and mix well. Roll into 1 to 1-1/2 inch balls and place on waxed paper. Shape each into mice By pinching a narrow face. Insert ears and tail. Down over think it as they turn out better if you just narrow the face and move on to the next one.
