- 8 ounces heavy cream
- 1 ounce butter, cold
- 2 tablespoons brandy extract
- 1 - egg yolk (beaten)
- FOR THE COATING

- - almonds, chopped
- - confectioners' sugar
How To Make chocolate truffles

Step 1In a sauce pan bring the heavy cream to boil, remove from heat , beat the egg yolk in. Add The chocolate, then stir until melted. Stir in the butter and the brandy.

Step 2Pour into a bowl and let it cool. Cover with plastic wrap and put it in the freezer for 6 hours.

Step 3With a melon baller make little balls an then rolls them on your favorites coatings. Use candy liners for a nice presentation.
