Ingredients
- 1 can condensed milk
- 4 ounces coconut
- 4 ounces dry instant drinking chocolate (the kind you mix with water to make a drink)
- 4 ounces butter
- 20 - digestive biscuits (whole meal biscuits)
How To Make chocolate truffles

Step 1Melt butter in pan, then add condensed milk and beat slowly (do not boil). In bowl place dry drinking chocolate and coconut, add crushed biscuits, then add butter and condensed milk and mix thoroughly. Allow mixture to cool for approximately 2 - 3 hours. Divide into approx 40 rounds and roll in chocolate vermicelli or finely ground coconut andplace in small paper cases.

Step 2You can add rum or sherry to ingredients for extra taste.
