Step 2BRING THE CREAM TO A BOIL IN A SAUCEPAN ON THE STOVE OR IN THE MICROWAVE.REMOVE FROM THE HEAT;POUR THE CREAM OVER THE CHOCOLATE,STIRRING UNTIL THE MIXTURE IS THICK,SMOOTH,AND SHINY.
