1 pkg12 ounces vanilla wafer cookies, crushed

3/4 cpowdered sugar

1 1/2 cchopped nuts

1/4 cunsweetened cocoa

3 Tbsplight corn cyrup

1/2 crum

powdered sugar
How To Make chocolate rum balls

1Combine crushed vanilla wafers, 3/4 cup powdered sugar, the nuts, and cocoa in large mixing bowl. Blend in corn syrup and rum. Shape into 1 inch balls; roll in powdered sugar.

2Store in airtight container 3-4 days to develop flavor. Roll again in powdered sugar before serving.

3Variation, Chocolate Orange Balls: Substitute 1/2 cup orange juice plus 1 teaspoon grated orange peel for the rum.
