Ingredients For chocolate raspberry truffles

  • 1/3 c
    whipping cream
  • 2 c
    (12 ounces) semisweet chocolate morsels
  • 3 Tbsp
    seedless raspberry preserves, at room temperature
  • 1/2 tsp
    almond extract
  • 3/4 c
    finely ground almonds

How To Make chocolate raspberry truffles

    In a medium saucepan, bring cream to a boil over medium-high heat. Remove from heat; whisk in chocolate morsels, preserves, and almond extract until combined. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours.

    Shape chocolate mixture into 1/2-inch balls. Roll each ball in ground almonds; Refrigerate truffles until ready to serve.
