We all love this. goes quick. made it for a pig roast 2 pans was gone in 30 mins. a friend made it for a party at work was all gone in 15 mins.

    3 1/2 cups peanut butter 1 cup packed light brown sugar 6 cups confegtioners sugar 1 tsp vanilla extract. 1 cup melted margarine 2 cups semi sweet chocolate chips 5 tablespoons.margarine

How to Make Chocolate Peanutbutter Fudge

Step-by-Step

  1. Mix the peanut butter,brown sugar, confectioners sugar, and vanilla. in a large bowl. blend in the melted margarine. pat into a greased 9x 15 inch pan or two 8x8 inch pans melt the chocolate chips and margarine in saucepan. stirring until blended spread over the fudge. mixture. chill until set yield 4-5 dozen
