How to Make Chocolate Peanut Butter Truffles
- Microwave chocolate in large microwave safe bowl on HIGH for 2 minutes or until chocolate is almost melted. Stir halfway through heating time and stir completely afterwards, until melted.
- Stir in peanut butter until smooth. Cool to room temperature. Stir in whipped topping.
- Refrigerate for one hour. Shape into one inch balls. Roll in powdered sugar, nuts, coconut, cocoa or sprinkles. Store in refrigerator
