This is such an easy recipe, even the kids can do it. You can fix this in just a few minutes, so when the kids come home from school and say, I need a dessert to take to school tomorrow, you can just make this recipe, and the kids love it. My husband loves this recipe.

How To Make chocolate peanut butter fudge

Mix chocolate chips together and heat in a double boiler or in a microwave safe dish, just until chocolate chips are melted. Add the peanut butter and stir well. Remove from heat and add vanilla flavoring and nuts. Pour into 9x9 square pan that has been buttered real well. I actually layer the bottom of my pan with parchment paper, leaving excess on the sides so that I can lift it out when I go to cut it. Refrigerate until firm.
