chocolate nut cranberry clusters
(18)
I love chocolate, but I try to eat it in moderation and I stick to dark chocolate. These clusters are made with dark chocolate, walnuts, and Craisins... but, you can use any nut and dried fruit combination. I like to think of them as a guilt-free sweet. Make sure the pieces of nuts are not too small when chopping.

With three ingredients they are an easy addition to your candy tray or a holiday hostess gift. The hardest part of this candy recipe is waiting for the candies to set up in the fridge.
