I love chocolate, but I try to eat it in moderation and I stick to dark chocolate. These clusters are made with dark chocolate, walnuts, and Craisins... but, you can use any nut and dried fruit combination. I like to think of them as a guilt-free sweet. Make sure the pieces of nuts are not too small when chopping.

Blue Ribbon Recipe

If you like the combination of dark chocolate, nuts, and cranberries, you'll love this homemade candy. It's an almost guilt-free treat that's crunchy, chewy, and chocolaty. With three ingredients they are an easy addition to your candy tray or a holiday hostess gift. The hardest part of this candy recipe is waiting for the candies to set up in the fridge. Get the kiddos involved and have fun in the kitchen.
