So yummy you can't eat just one piece. This recipe also came from my sister from Alabama, This was the first fudge I made that actually came out right.

Ingredients
- 4 cups granulated sugar
- 1 can evaperated milk ( pet skimmed)
- 1 package miniture marshmellows (14oz)
- 2 sticks butter
- 12 ounces pkg hersheys semi-sweet chocolate chips
- 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
- 2 cups walnuts, chopped
How To Make chocolate fudge

Step 1In 2 qt dutch oven on medium heat: cook butter, marshmallow's, sugar,& evaporated milk. Bring to a boil.Boil and stir about five minutes more to soft ball stage.

Step 2Remove from heat, Pour in chocolate chips and stir until completely melted. Stir in a pinch of salt, nuts and vanilla.

Step 3Spread into a large buttered cookie sheet, let cool completely. Cut into squares.
