4 cgranulated sugar
1 can(s)evaperated milk ( pet skimmed)
1 pkgminiture marshmellows (14oz)
12 ozpkg hersheys semi-sweet chocolate chips
2 tspvanilla extract
2 cwalnuts, chopped
How to Make chocolate fudge
- In 2 qt dutch oven on medium heat: cook butter, marshmallow's, sugar,& evaporated milk. Bring to a boil.Boil and stir about five minutes more to soft ball stage.
- Remove from heat, Pour in chocolate chips and stir until completely melted. Stir in a pinch of salt, nuts and vanilla.
- Spread into a large buttered cookie sheet, let cool completely. Cut into squares.
