    2/3 cup graham cracker crumbs, crushed
  • ·
    1/2 cup coarsely chopped toasted almonds
  • ·
    1/2 cup finely chopped dried apricots
  • ·
    1/2 cup coarsely chopped candied cherries
  • ·
    1/3 cup white chocolate chips
  • ·
    5 oz. semisweet chocolate, coarsely chopped
  • ·
    1/4 cup butter, cut up
  • ·
    2 oz. white chocolate coarsely chopped

How to Make Chocolate Fruit Salami


  1. Stir together graham cracker crumbs, almonds, apricots, candied cherries and chocolate chips in a large bowl. Melt the semisweet chocolate with the butter in double boiler over barely simmering water. Remove from heat and let cool for 5 minutes. Pour chocolate mixture into the graham cracker mixture and mix well. Turn the mixture onto a sheet of plastic wrap and form into a 10 inch long log. Wrap in plastic wrap and chill in refrigerator for 12 hours. Slice log 1/2 inch thick. Melt white chocolate in double boiler over barely simmering water and drizzle over the cookies. Makes about 20
