How to Make Chocolate Cream Balls
1Melt chocolate over hot not boiling water (double boiler pan). Cool.
2Whip 1/2 cup whipping cream and fold into chocolate.
3Chill until firm enough to shape.
4Form in 1 inch balls. Roll in finely chopped nuts OR crushed crisp rice cereal. Store in refrigerator.
