How to Make Chocolate Cream Balls

Step-by-Step

  1. Melt chocolate over hot not boiling water (double boiler pan). Cool.
  2. Whip 1/2 cup whipping cream and fold into chocolate.
  3. Chill until firm enough to shape.
  4. Form in 1 inch balls. Roll in finely chopped nuts OR crushed crisp rice cereal. Store in refrigerator.
