Ingredients

  • - 2/3 cup cacao butter, shaved and melted
  • - 1/2 cup cacao powder
  • - 2 tablespoons raw agave or raw honey
  • - 1 tablespoon mesquite powder (optional)
  • - 2 cups raisins
  • - 1 dash salt
  • - 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract

How To Make chocolate covered raisins

  • Step 1
    Melt the cacao butter in your dehydrator, or a double boiler, or over a bowl of hot water. Mix in the other ingredients by hand. Pour in raisins, 1/2 cup at a time. Use a slotted spoon to transfer raisinsto a wax paper-coated cookie sheet. Freeze for 10 minutes.
