- - 2 tablespoons raw agave or raw honey
- - 1 tablespoon mesquite powder (optional)
- - 2 cups raisins
- - 1 dash salt
- - 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
How To Make chocolate covered raisins

Step 1Melt the cacao butter in your dehydrator, or a double boiler, or over a bowl of hot water. Mix in the other ingredients by hand. Pour in raisins, 1/2 cup at a time. Use a slotted spoon to transfer raisinsto a wax paper-coated cookie sheet. Freeze for 10 minutes.
