chocolate covered peanut butter balls
These are NOT those goofy little nuts looking like a logo of a college football team, my husband contests loudly! We completely cover these peanut butter balls up with delicious chocolate for no mistaking them. We love them, hope you do too!

Ingredients
- 2 cups peanut butter
- 1/2 cup butter
- 1 box powdered sugar (or 3 1/4 cups)
- 12 ounces chocolate chips
How To Make chocolate covered peanut butter balls
-
Step 1Blend peanut butter and butter together. Slowly add in powdered sugar until fully incorporated. The mixture will be really thick.
-
Step 2Melt chocolate chips in baby crock pot, double broiler or your favorite way. *I use Gulf Wax and dark chocolate chips. Dark chocolate is so YUMMY & makes me smile!
-
Step 3Roll peanut butter mixture into balls (1 in. or less depending on how much peanut butter vs. chocolate you prefer). Dip them in the chocolate as you go. Cool them on wax paper. *We freeze them because they are yummy that way, but they are yummy no matter what!
