How to Make Chocolate bark w/ crushed peppermint
- Line a 9" x 13" baking sheet w/ parchment paper. In microwaveable bowl, Microwave dark chocolate, stirring every minute, until smooth.
- Pour dark chocolate onto parchment paper. Using a spatula, smooth chocolate out to 1/3"-thick. Microwave white chocolate until smooth. Pour on top of dark chocolate, smooth out.
- Place candies in zip-lock bag and crush, using a mallet or hammer. Sprinkle candies on top of white chocolate. refrigerate 2 hrs to set. Break into lg pieces.
