THIS IS A VERY SIMPLE FUDGE RECIPE. I LIKE TO MAKE IT WITH MILK CHOCOLATE CHIPS. THE CARAMEL MAKES IT A LITTLE DIFFERENT.

Ingredients
- 3 cups semi-sweet chocolate chips or milk chocolate chips -[18 oz.]
- 1 can sweeten condensed milk -[14oz.]--[not evaporated]
- dash salt
- 1 cup walnut pieces, chopped
- 1/2 cup caramel ice cream topping
- 1 1/2 teaspoons vanilla extract

Step 1FOIL LINE AN 8 OR 9 INCH SQUARE PAN.

Step 2IN A SAUCEPAN, OVER LOW HEAT, MELT THE CHOCOLTE CHIPS WITH THE SWEETENED MILK AND DASH OF SALT.

Step 3REMOVE FROM HEAT; STIR IN THE WALNUTS, CARAMEL TOPPING AND VANILLA.

Step 4SPREAD EVENLY INTO THE SQUARE PAN.

Step 5CHILL 2 HOURS OR UNTIL FIRM.

Step 6TURN FUDGE ONTO A CUTTING BOATF; PEEL OFF FOIL AND CUT INTO SQUARES.
