Ingredients
- 1/2 cup heavy cream
- 1/4 teaspoon vanilla
- 6 tablespoons butter, cut into sm pcs.
- 1 1/3 cups light brown sugar
How To Make caramels

Step 1combine all ingredients with 1 T. water, stir over med heat until sugar dissolves, bring to a boil and cover for 3 mins. uncover but DO NOT STIR, continue boiling until temp reaches 240.

Step 2Pour caramel into pan, let cool, while slightly wet, score caramels then leave to harden completely. once firm, cut and wrap.
