How to Make Caramels
- 1combine all ingredients with 1 T. water, stir over med heat until sugar dissolves, bring to a boil and cover for 3 mins.
uncover but DO NOT STIR, continue boiling until temp reaches 240.
- 2Pour caramel into pan, let cool, while slightly wet, score caramels then leave to harden completely.
once firm, cut and wrap.
