1 stick butter, softened
1 box 10 x powdered sugar
1/2 cup mashed potatoes
1 teaspoon vanilla extract

How To Make candy potatoe easter eggs

Step 1

Peel 2 medium potatoes cut in to small pieces and cook till soft. Measure potatoes and butter. Mix and let stand till cold

Step 2

add 10x Powdered Sugar & Vanilla Extract. Blend together till creamy.
Step 3

make into a shape of a Easter Egg, or roll in your hands to make thin strips. Roll in cinnamon. Place in refrigerator to chill.Friends have even dipped into chocolate.
