Ingredients
- 2 - milky ways
- 1 - tolberone bar
- 1 - crushed heath bar
- 1/2 - pint whipping cream
- 2 - tablespoons milk
- 2 - eggs separated
- 1/2 - c. sugar
- 1 - teaspoon vanilla
- 6 - oreos, crushed
- 1/4 - tsp salt
How To Make candy bar mousse

Step 1Melt the Milky Ways and the Tolberone in a double boiler. Add the milk, sugar and 1/4 tsp salt. Beat the two egg yolks and add 2 tablespoons of the hot mixture into the eggs, mixing completely to temper the eggs. Then stir the egg mixture into the candy bar mixture.

Step 2Allow this to cool, while you beat the whipping cream with the vanilla until stiff. Then beat the two egg whites till peaks are stiff. Fold both into the candy bar mixture.

Step 3Crush the Oreo cookies and fold into the mousse. Spoon into individual dessert bowls. Chill and top with a dab of whipped cream and the crushed heath bar. It is also good in a chocolate pie crust.
