Ingredients

  • 1/2 c
    butter
  • 1/3 c
    unsweetned baking cocoa
  • 1/4 c
    brown sugar
  • 1/4 c
    milk
  • 3 1/2 c
    powdered sugar
  • 1 tsp
    vanilla extract
  • 30
    caramels
  • 1 tsp
    water
  • 2 c
    salted peanuts
  • 1/2 c
    semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • 1/2 c
    milk chocolate chips

How to Make Candy Bar Fudge

Step-by-Step

  1. In micro-safe bowl, combine butter, cocoa, brown sugar and milk. Microwave on high until mixture boils, about 3 minutes. Stir in powdered sugar and vanilla. Pour into a greased 8-inch pan. In another micro-safe bowl melt caramels with water for 2 minutes, or until melted. Stir in peanuts; spread on chocolate layer. Microwave semi-sweet and milk chocolate till melted and pour over caramel layer. Chill until firm.
