I got this recipe from sweetsugarbean.com. She put them on pumpkin tiramisu and it looks awesome.

Ingredients
- 1/3 cup brown sugar
- 1/3 cup granulated sugar
- 1 teaspoon coarse salt
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1 cup pecan halves
- 1 - egg white
- 1 tablespoon water
How To Make candied pecans

Step 1Preheat oven to 300 degrees Fahrenheit.

Step 2Mix the sugars and spices together.

Step 3In a separate bowl, beat the egg white and water until frothy, not stiff. Add nuts to the egg white, tossing to coat. Add the sugar mixture and toss again so evenly coated.

Step 4Spread on a parchment lined bake sheet and bake for 30 min, stirring occasionally.

Step 5Separate nuts as they cool.
