Ingredients

1 package yellow oreos
1 package instant butterscotch pudding mix
1/2 cup milk
1 package white chocolate

How To Make butterscotch truffles

Step 1

Using a food processor (or a mallet), turn the Oreos into fine crumbs. Mix in the pudding mix and milk.

Step 2

Form into balls and refrigerate to set. Once firm, remove and dip in melted white chocolate.
