Sinful but delicious. Found this a couple of years ago on a bag of butterscotch chips. Good to the end. Will have your family begging for more

Ingredients
- 1(11) ounce pkg of butterscotch chips
- 1(14) ounce sweetened condensed milk
- 2 cups graham crackers, crushed
- 8 ounces cream cheese
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup butter
- 1 - egg
- 1 cup chopped pecans
How To Make butterscotch cheesecake bars

Step 1In a medium saucepan melt butterscotch chips and butter over low heat.

Step 2Stir in cracker crumbs and mix well. Reserve 2/3 cup of mix. Press remainder into a well buttered glass 9 x 13 pan. Preheat oven to 325

Step 3In a bowl beat room temp cream cheese until Beat in condensed milk, egg, and vanilla. Fold in nuts. Pour mixture over crust(will be thin). Scatter remainder of crumbs over top. Bake 25-30 minutes or until done. Cool to room temp. Cut into bars and refrigerate
