How to Make Butter Pecan Fudge
- In heavy saucepan, combine the butter, sugars, cream & salt. Bring to a boil over medium heat, let boil for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.
- Remove from heat, stir in vanilla, then add confectioners sugar & stir til smooth. Fold in pecans
- Spread into a buttered 8" square dish. Cool to room temperature. Cut into 1" squares. Store in refrigerator.
