My sister shared this recipe with me & it's been a favorite Christmas recipe since. I believe she found it from Taste of Home Magazine.

  • 1/2 c
  • 1/2 c
  • 1/2 c
    packed brown sugat
  • 1/2 c
    heavy whipping cream
  • 1/8 tsp
  • 1 tsp
    vanilla extract
  • 2 c
    confectioners' sugar
  • 1 c
    pecan pieces * toasted*

How to Make Butter Pecan Fudge


  1. In heavy saucepan, combine the butter, sugars, cream & salt. Bring to a boil over medium heat, let boil for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  2. Remove from heat, stir in vanilla, then add confectioners sugar & stir til smooth. Fold in pecans
  3. Spread into a buttered 8" square dish. Cool to room temperature. Cut into 1" squares. Store in refrigerator.
