These are a big hit with my family. Every Christmas we make a double batch of these and they go very quickly because everyone loves them.

Ingredients
- 1/2 pound butter, softened
- 1 1/2 pounds powered sugar
- 1 pound peanut butter
- 1 ounce parrafin
- 1 package chocolate almond bark
How To Make buckeye's

Step 1Mix with hands and form into balls. I use a melon baller it goes much quicker. Cool balls for easy dipping.

Step 2Melt chocolate almond bark with parrafin on stove

Step 3Dip balls half way into chocolate to look like a buckeye. Let cool on wax paper. You can either refridgerate these or freeze them.
