These are a big hit with my family. Every Christmas we make a double batch of these and they go very quickly because everyone loves them.

Ingredients

  • 1/2 pound butter, softened
  • 1 1/2 pounds powered sugar
  • 1 pound peanut butter
  • 1 ounce parrafin
  • 1 package chocolate almond bark

How To Make buckeye's

  • Step 1
    Mix with hands and form into balls. I use a melon baller it goes much quicker. Cool balls for easy dipping.
  • Step 2
    Melt chocolate almond bark with parrafin on stove
  • Step 3
    Dip balls half way into chocolate to look like a buckeye. Let cool on wax paper. You can either refridgerate these or freeze them.
