These are a big hit with my family. Every Christmas we make a double batch of these and they go very quickly because everyone loves them.

Ingredients

1/2 lb
butter, softened
1 1/2 lb
powered sugar
1 lb
peanut butter
1 oz
parrafin
1 pkg
chocolate almond bark

How to Make BUCKEYE'S

Step-by-Step

  • 1Mix with hands and form into balls. I use a melon baller it goes much quicker. Cool balls for easy dipping.
  • 2Melt chocolate almond bark with parrafin on stove
  • 3Dip balls half way into chocolate to look like a buckeye. Let cool on wax paper. You can either refridgerate these or freeze them.
