Ingredients

1 cup pecans, finely chopped
2 cups vanilla wafer crumbs
1 cup confectioners' sugar
1 1/2 tablespoons cocoa, unsweetened
3 tablespoons light corn syrup
1/2 cup bourbon
- confectioners' sugar

How To Make bourbon balls

Step 1

Combine pecans, vanilla wafers, sugar, cocoa powder, corn syrup and bourbon, mixing together well.

Step 2

Using slightly dampened hands, shape mixture into 3/4\" balls.
Step 3

Roll candy balls in sugar.
Step 4

Store in a tightly covered container.
