  • 1 (12) oz
    pacages of milk chocolate chips
  • 2 (12) oz
    packages of semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • 1 (7) oz
    jar of marshmellow creme
  • 1 c
  • 4 1/2 c
  • 1 (13) oz
    can evaporated milk
  • 3-4 c
    chopped pecans
  • 2 c
    dried cherries
  • 1 tsp
    cherry extract

How to Make Black Forest Fudge


  1. combine chocolate chips, marshmellow creme, and butter in a large bowl
  2. Combine sugar and evaporated milk in a heavy sauce pan. Bring to a boil, reduce heat and cook over medium low heat for 9 minutes stirring constantly
  3. Pour over chocolate mixture, stir until melted and smooth. Add pecans, cherries, and extract, stir until well blended
  4. Spread into prepared pan and chill until firm
    Cut into squares and server
    Store in lidded container and refridgerate
